Program refund requests must be received 10 business days prior to the first class/activity.

Weather Make-up Policy:
The instructor reserves the right to cancel classes due to unfavorable weather conditions.
If 1 or more classes are missed, one additional week of class will be added, starting the week after the last scheduled class day.
*Make-up dates vary for different tennis programs due to the session duration and length.
