Athletic Field Status Update
All park facilities are open.

Join us for a summer full of fun in the sun! Our seven week summer camp kicks off June 16th and runs through August 4th, with no camp the week of July 4th. Our camp is for youth ages 7-11 years old and costs $125/week. Each week will include Field Trips! Reverse Field Trips! Competitions ranging from lego builds, to karaoke to relay races and much, much more! Each day is packed full of activities keeping everyone busy and active from drop off in the morning to pick up in the afternoon. Space is limited so register today! Adult Beach Volleyball
Adult Coed Beach Volleyball, must be 18 or older to participate. Games will be played Monday and Wednesday at the Atlantic Beach circle. Each game will be played with 2 or 4 players on the court with a combination of men and women but can't be all men or women.
The competitive league match is won by the team that wins 3 out of 5 sets. Each set will be played to 21 points. Fifth set (if needed) will be played to 15 points. Each set must be won by 2 points.
The recreation league matches are played best out of 3 sets. Each set is played to 25 points. Each set must be won by two points.

NFL Co-ed Youth Flag Football League
Save the date! Carteret County Parks & Recreation NFL Co-ed Youth Flag Football league registration will open June 27th, 2025. More details to come!
Explore Archery @ Western Park
Join us for our Explore Archery classes this Spring at Western Park! We will be offering Adult(16 years and older) and Youth(8-15 years) sessions. Sessions feature: Range safety, equipment basics, shooting form, and fun challenging activities. Equipment will be provided. $65/participant. Registration links below:

Yoga for All
Yoga is for everybody and every body! This is yoga for all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners, open to all adults. Continuous classes are held on Thursday mornings from 9:00am to 10:00am, in the exercise room at Fort Benjamin Recreation Center.
